I understand that PSI Industrial Solutions has a policy (as per U.S. Department of Transportation 49 CFR Parts 199, 382, and 40; and Ohio’s BWC Drug-Free Safety Program) requiring each applicant for employment to be tested for the presence of drugs and/or alcohol.

Completion of a probationary period does not change an associate’s status as an associate-at-will or in any way restrict the company’s right to terminate such an associate or change the terms or conditions of employment.
